The Physical Therapist will consult with patients, assess conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans to relieve pain, improve function, and promote healing through prescribed physical therapy treatments. Key duties include monitoring patient response, ensuring compliance with the plan of care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and completing thorough documentation.
Candidates must possess an active and valid Texas Physical Therapy license and be in good standing with all regulatory agencies. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred, along with current knowledge of treatment practices and the ability to manage diverse patient personalities.
