The Intake Clinician manages communication channels to screen and schedule new admissions and re-engage existing consumers, providing direct clinical services such as assessments, treatment planning, and urgent response within the behavioral health system. This role involves completing necessary enrollment documentation, monitoring clinical progress, and ensuring timely documentation and billing for all services rendered.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Licensed Graduate Social Worker or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor license to perform clinical activities under supervision. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of adult consumers, providing services both on-site and in the community, and coordinating care with various internal and external team members.
Position range: $60,800- $91,200 (Salary commensurate based on experience)
Position type: Hybrid (After 90 days of probationary period)
The Intake Clinician functions as part of a multidisciplinary team to serve the needs of potential and existing consumers, family, network members, and other stakeholders contacting or reporting to the agency for the purpose of receiving or navigating CC behavioral health services. The Intake Clinician delivers direct services to support the enrollment of new consumers into the CC system of care as well as deliver services to existing consumers as a part of the outpatient services department.
All treatment activities are performed under the supervision of an independently licensed clinician and within the scope of the individual’s practice and training. This role carries a case load of adult consumers. Services are provided on-site and, in the community, as needed.
This is a full-time position.
