This role involves providing direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant within an inpatient setting at a specialty hospital focusing on surgical specialties. The assistant must be able to work independently, handle stressful situations calmly, and maintain excellent professional conduct.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with documented CNA certification, specifically CNA I certification is required and CNA II is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgical center is necessary, along with current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
