The X-Ray Technologist will perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams by accurately preparing and positioning patients to achieve optimal imaging results. Key duties include operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and adhering to radiation safety and infection control guidelines.
Candidates must possess ARRT certification in Radiography and current state licensure, along with an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an X-ray Technologist, preferably in an outpatient setting, is required, alongside strong knowledge of radiologic procedures and excellent patient communication skills.

You perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning, evaluate your own images for technical quality, and produce diagnostic-grade results that physicians count on—right the first time.
You know your anatomy, protocols, and equipment. You are proficient in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems, apply ALARA radiation safety principles without being reminded, and maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation.
You manage your own workflow, keep your room ready, and troubleshoot equipment issues without slowing the team down. You adapt to a high-volume schedule and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
Every patient receives your full attention—proper positioning, a clear explanation of the procedure, and genuine care for their comfort and safety. Infection control standards are maintained every single time.
