The physician will follow standards of practice to deliver direct quality care, ensuring patient needs are met through open communication with patients, families, and other physicians. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of elective surgical procedures, conducting thorough pre-operative assessments, and developing individualized surgical plans.
The role requires a physician to provide direct quality care, manage elective general surgery cases, and participate in call rotation with the general surgery team. Candidates must be capable of conducting comprehensive pre-operative evaluations and educating patients on procedures and recovery plans.
