The Personal Care Assistant will help clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, while also providing companionship and emotional support. Responsibilities also include administering medication reminders, assisting with meal preparation, maintaining a safe environment, and documenting care provided.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though additional caregiving certification is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist clients with mobility challenges.

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as needed. Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance tailored to client needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in caregiving preferred. Experience in personal care or home health care settings is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to clients' homes. Compassionate demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
