The Medical Assistant will primarily support expert clinical care delivery by triaging, rooming patients, collecting clinical intake information, and assisting providers during evaluations and treatments. Key duties also involve administrative tasks such as EMR documentation, managing supplies, and ensuring smooth back-office operations and patient flow.
A High School diploma or GED is required, along with current Medical Assistant certification from an accredited institution, or on-the-job training eligibility with proof of BLS certification. Preferred experience includes 1-2 years as a Medical Assistant in a clinic or med spa setting, along with knowledge of clinical compliance and familiarity with electronic health records.
