The Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals for the targeted client population, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective healthcare delivery consistent with organizational standards and regulations. Services address emotional and behavioral health needs for children, teens, and adults in various settings including clinic-based, school, or home.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master's Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university, along with current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW). Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years of psychiatric treatment experience and knowledge of Arkansas laws governing services.
