The Home Health Aide will follow established care plans to deliver safe and competent care, which includes assisting clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, mobility, and routine housekeeping tasks. Additionally, the role requires monitoring and reporting any changes in client conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and complete any state-mandated training hours, along with basic computer skills for charting. Essential qualifications also include strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, a compassionate and professional attitude, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
