The Physical Therapist will be responsible for delivering outcome-driven physical therapy services, which includes educating patients and families on treatment plans. They must also document using a web-based EMR system and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Candidates must possess a degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana, along with current BLS certification. Strong communication and time management skills are essential for this role.
