Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to clients with mental health and behavioral issues, ensuring their safety and well-being. - Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clinical staff. - Conduct therapeutic activities and interventions designed to promote positive behavioral changes. - Observe and document client behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment, maintaining accurate and timely records. - Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed to ensure a safe environment. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans based on client needs and progress. - Educate clients and their families on coping strategies, treatment options, and available resources. - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in behavioral health. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and staff. - Support the mission and values of LifeStream Behavioral Center through active participation in organizational initiatives and community outreach programs.
QualificationsRequired
Education: - High School Diploma or GED.
