YOUR ROLE AS A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST Perform skilled therapeutic services within the Speech Language Pathologist’s scope of practice.
Including
Provide speech and language screenings, evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.
Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to speech, language, and feeding.
Support children with expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC, feeding, and social communication.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to create meaningful, functional outcomes
Celebrate patient success such that they are an inspiration for others!
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program.
Preferred
Certification of Clinical Competence obtained from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) OR eligible to begin clinical fellowship year. Clinical Fellows welcome to apply! Paid CF supervision at no cost to you! Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Kentucky. CPR & First Aid certification. Pass background check.
