Medical Surgical Ortho Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, the role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality care by leveraging expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, and implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities include organizing patient care activities, demonstrating ethical behavior, advocating for patient needs, and adapting to changes in patient conditions using tools like SBAR.

Minimum requirements include an ADN, Diploma, or BSN, a current AZ State RN License, one year of RN experience, and current American Heart Association BLS certification. ACLS certification is required within six months of hire, and one year of medical/surgical acute experience is preferred.
