The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This professional nurse also plans, organizes, and directs hospice care services, utilizing community resources to meet patient and family needs.
Candidates must possess a valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) License. Previous experience in hospice or long-term care is preferred for this rewarding position.

The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
