Perform moderate to high complexity test procedures in designated specialties, requiring the exercise of independent judgment and responsibility based on qualifications. The role involves utilizing a wide variety of manual and automated laboratory instruments and apparatuses.
Candidates need at least one year of full-time experience or training in high complexity testing within a clinical laboratory setting, with a preferred minimum of three years of clinical experience. Required knowledge includes comprehensive theoretical and operational job knowledge in the specialty, organizational policies, and a relevant degree (BS/BA in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or an Associate's degree in Laboratory Science/Medical Technology).
