This role involves managing nursing documentation received from contracted agencies and field nurses, collaborating with pharmacists, intake teams, and case managers. The coordinator oversees home infusion nursing documentation related to patient visits for acute and chronic diseases.
Candidates must possess a current practical nurse license and a minimum of three years of nursing experience, with home care experience preferred. Essential qualifications include knowledge of regulatory requirements (ACHC) and strong organizational and communication abilities.

The Nurse Documents Coordinator functions as a Documents Team staff member and the interdisciplinary clinical patient care team, within an infusion pharmacy office setting. Responsible for managing nursing documentation received from our contracted agencies and field nurses in collaboration with infusion office pharmacists, Intake team members, Nursing Case Managers, Nursing Coordinators, and Accounts Payable Department.
Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
