The Social Service Coordinator supports resident well-being by assessing needs, connecting them with appropriate services, and developing health and wellness programs. The preferred education is a Bachelor’s degree in fields like Gerontology, Social Work, or Psychology, though relevant work experience will be considered. Key requirements include strong expertise in supportive services for older adults, proven advocacy and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
The social service coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the health, independence, and overall well-Being of residents by identifying their needs and connecting them with appropriate services and community resources. Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
The role is considered non-exempt and may be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position is $24.00- $24.00 per hour.
Employees working less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for rhf benefits unless otherwise specified under applicable state or federal laws. Eligibility for specific benefits may vary depending on the position, work schedule, and location in accordance with federal and state labor laws.
