The Medical Assistant will engage individuals with empathy during acute phases, manage check-in procedures including updating electronic medical records, and perform triage to determine the necessary level of care. Responsibilities also include collecting medical histories, recording vital signs, and supporting patient education regarding prescribed treatments for substance use and behavioral health disorders.
