The Registered Nurse directs, coordinates, and assists with the provision of nursing care, facilitating continuity between shifts and reviewing resident conditions to prioritize needs. Responsibilities also include serving as a resource and conducting facility rounds to observe care, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Applicants must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota and hold current CPR certification. The role requires strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills for effective coordination of care and staff support.

The posted pay range of this hourly position is $35.95 to $45.30. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
