A minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience is required, along with keyboard/data entry skills and reliable transportation. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, and while medical assistant or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred, the latter is only required in specific states.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
