Therapists will work collaboratively with clients using various approaches like individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy to help them access core strengths and realize their full potential. Key duties include developing personalized treatment plans, coordinating care with external partners, maintaining EHR documentation, and providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and are required to obtain an Independent Clinical License within two years. Excellent time-management skills are necessary for managing schedules and caseloads, with afternoon and evening availability being a plus.
