Salary
$45 - $55 / HOUR
Provide various forms of therapy via telehealth, including individual, couples, and family sessions. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation in an EHR system.
Must be an independently licensed clinician (LCSW) in the state of New York. Candidates should be comfortable managing their own caseload and have some evening and weekend availability.

🔹 Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth. 🔹 Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care. 🔹 Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change. 🔹 Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies. 🔹 Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system. 🔹 Participate in case management and team meetings as needed. 🔹 Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
✔ Independently licensed Clinician (LCSW) in New York ✔ An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance ✔ Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload ✔ Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability ✔ Skilled in time management and documentation ✔ Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus!
