$60,000 - $70,000 / YEAR
Therapists will work collaboratively with clients using various approaches like individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy to help them realize their full potential. Key duties include developing personalized treatment plans, coordinating care with external partners, maintaining EHR documentation, and providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and are expected to obtain their Independent Clinical License within two years. Excellent time-management skills are required, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and availability for afternoons and evenings is a plus.
