The Provider Support Assistant will primarily provide administrative support to the clinics, resolving moderately complex administrative problems independently and assisting with diverse operating procedures. Key duties include maintaining provider and staff schedules, handling meeting coordination, and managing monthly reporting and logs.
A high school diploma or equivalent education is required, along with a minimum of one year of clerical or general office support experience. Preferred qualifications include two years of administrative/medical staff support experience, along with specific experience in EPIC scheduling/reporting and supply ordering/invoice reconciliation.

Ordering supplies and reconciling Purchase Orders experience.

JOB HOURS The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
