The Outpatient Nurse is responsible for administering medication to clients according to policy, including control, counting, and appropriate documentation of onsite medication. This role also involves educating clients about their medication assisted treatment and verifying/transcribing physician's orders.
Candidates must be a Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse and possess a current CPR certificate or obtain one within 90 days of hire. The position requires the use of appropriate independent judgment and effective written and oral communication skills in diverse settings.
