The primary duties involve assisting residents with daily living activities, offering emotional support through kind words and listening, and maintaining smooth operations through documentation and teamwork. Responsibilities also include participating in community events and activities with residents.
Candidates must possess a current Texas Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification and demonstrate a strong passion for elder care and building meaningful connections. While a high school diploma is desired, one year of experience, preferably in a hospital or long-term care setting, is preferred but not strictly required.
