The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive medical services, including functional health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention for the community across various clinic locations. Responsibilities also involve reviewing patient records, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, providing specialized care like prenatal services, and coordinating patient flow.
Candidates must possess an NP Degree, be within the scope of community practice, and be bilingual in English/Spanish, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Required credentials include a CA Medical License, DEA Certificate, BLS and PALS certifications, and current CPR certification, with board certification required within one year of residency training.

SJCH is seeking a Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner to support clinic coverage as a float provider across our Los Angeles locations. This role provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to a diverse population while supporting operational needs, including evenings and Saturdays.
You’ll practice within an integrated care model alongside medical, dental, and behavioral health teams.
