The Associate Case Manager provides Community Psychiatric Support Treatment services to individuals with severe mental illness and coordinates access to medical treatment and other services. They establish therapeutic relationships and help clients function effectively.
Candidates must have an Associate's Degree in a relevant field or a high school diploma, with experience working with individuals with mental illness being a plus. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for frequent driving.
