The Housekeeping Aide is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident rooms, restrooms, and common areas. This includes dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in housekeeping services is preferred. The role involves physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Dusts, mops, sanitizes, and scrubs resident rooms, restrooms, and common areas on a regular basis Safely mixes and uses cleaning solutions and stores in a secure area Disposes of trash and waste, including biohazardous waste and other materials that require special handling, only in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
