The Clinical Documentation Specialist will assist providers in creating and maintaining patient medical records while coordinating and analyzing data for quality measures. They will also communicate with medical staff regarding patient care documentation.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with preferred certifications including CPC, CCS, RHIT, CDIP, RN, LPN, or MA. Candidates should have 1-3 years of medical experience.
