The LPN assists medical providers by transcribing orders and administering medications while observing and documenting clients' conditions. They also provide medical education and maintain accurate records of medications and treatments.
Candidates must be a licensed LPN in Connecticut with specialized judgment and skills in caring for clients with co-occurring disorders. Previous experience in relevant programming is preferred.
