Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities. Develop evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Must hold an active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of application. Requires proficiency in English communication, basic technology skills for EHR, and the ability to travel to facilities.

Senior Care Therapy is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our mission of providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.
