The Advanced Care Provider will partner with Atria physicians to deliver exceptional, personalized care to members primarily in their homes, handling both urgent needs like minor procedures and preventive services such as vaccinations and IV infusions. This role requires fluid competency across Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Urgent Care disciplines while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must be a current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a current license, preferably possessing five years of emergency room experience, and must be capable of treating both pediatric and adult populations. Essential requirements include proficiency in blood draws, IV insertion, point-of-care testing modalities, and maintaining necessary professional certifications like ACLS, PALS, and BLS.

All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee. After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join our founding LA team. You will be responsible for bringing rigor and thoroughness to the development of clinical operations in our largest clinic yet, as well as maintaining and supporting our strong and inclusive organizational culture and performance standards. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with clinical, finance, technology, care coordination, hospitality, content, events, and experience and to drive excellence.
Partner with Atria physicians to provide exceptional care to our members in the comfort of their homes. Works collaboratively with physicians to provide urgent home care services (e.g.minor procedures, wound care, sick visits) and preventive care services (e.g vaccinations, phlebotomy, IV infusion, assisting in well child visits). Must be excellent in blood draws and IV insertion Collaborates with other home services clinicians including pediatricians, emergency medicine physicians, RNs and medical assistants. NPs & PAs must have the ability to work fluidly and competently across multiple disciplines, including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Urgent Care. Preferred have urgent care/emergency medicine, primary care or family medicine experience, comfortable treating both pediatric and adult populations. Demonstrates adaptability in training and competency across a range of point-of-care testing modalities and devices, including strep, COVID, flu, and RSV, point of care CBC and urinalysis. Assist with laboratory processing when needed. Flexibility to perform clinical, administrative and clerical tasks when needed. Assists in maintaining medical supply inventory out of the home services center, including ordering and restocking necessary supplies for patient visits in collaboration with operations managers. Documentation and appropriate maintenance of Medical Records for members Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives Telehealth visits & Electronic prescribing of medications as needed Maintenance & upkeep of Professional Licenses, Certifications, DEA certification, State requirements and National Certifying Agencies credentials Participates in appropriate continuing medical education programs for maintenance of Continued Medical Education and CUEs for professional licensure Compensation: $100/hr, paid as 1099 Current License required as NP/PA for specialty, or current Licensed PA 5 years of emergency room experience preferred. ACLS, PALS and BLS certification from American Heart Association Capable and experienced with relevant procedures for proficiency in delivering care in urgent care and emergency medicine setting Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment A reliable vehicle is required for conducting home visits. Availability to take at least 1 shift a week to maintain competency in our systems. We’re open to per-diem and part-time resources.
