This position performs standard and complex prescribed electroencephalographic (EEG) tests, potentially including evoked potential studies, while analyzing data during recording to ensure validity and interpretability. The technologist assists physicians in diagnosis and treatment planning by executing individualized treatment plans based on collected data.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and be registered in Electroencephalography with the American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists (ABRET). Required competencies include effective communication, human relations skills, advanced mathematical skills, and the ability to analyze data and solve problems.
