Job description

Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis,\nImplementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care\nto patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways,\nestablished SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Coordinates and\ndelegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.\nCommunicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Must adhere to\n(meet) the requirements for educational hours. Performs any other job related\nduties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.\n\nLicensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. BLS certified.\nACLS within 1 year. Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year. Complete\narrhythmia course within 30 days of hire.
