As a Registered Nurse, you will plan, organize, and direct compassionate care focused on patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life by providing skilled clinical care and expert symptom management. Essential functions include completing comprehensive patient assessments, initiating and updating individualized plans of care, counseling caregivers, and coordinating all aspects of care as a Case Manager when assigned.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with 1–2 years of recent acute care experience, holding current RN licensure and CPR certification in the state of practice. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with one year of hospice experience, and applicants must possess a reliable, insured automobile.
