The role involves providing rewarding work by helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow, learn, and live well, while developing meaningful relationships with them. Responsibilities include supporting participants with personal hygiene, complex needs, behavioral challenges, and developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Candidates must possess a valid Minnesota driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance; six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred. No high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
