General responsibilities involve case management and therapeutic intervention within the psychosocial environment of patients undergoing short-term rehabilitation. The goal is to promote the patient's optimal physical, psychological, and social functioning throughout their recovery process.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work is required for this position, although a Master’s Degree is preferred. One year of experience in a long-term care or related setting is also preferred.
