Salary

This role supports the Clare Bridge Program, focusing on providing gracious hospitality and neighborliness to residents and their families within a home-like setting. The assistant will help facilitate entertaining events and gatherings to foster connections for residents in group and one-on-one settings.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's Degree preferred, and ideally have a minimum of one year of experience working with older adults or persons with dementia. Employment is conditional upon having a valid driver's license and a clean driving abstract showing no more than one moving violation over three years.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
