The Speech Therapist will conduct in-home speech-language evaluations and skilled treatments, assessing and treating various speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities also include developing individualized plans of care and educating patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies.
Candidates must be licensed Speech Therapists in Indiana and possess ASHA CCC-SLP or be CFY candidates actively completing supervised experience. A minimum of one year of healthcare experience is required, along with strong clinical judgment, communication skills, a valid driver's license, and current CPR certification.
