We are seeking a Part-Time/PRN Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) to join our compassionate home care team in McHenry County, IL.

What You'll Do
Provide routine, individualized personal care in patients' homes
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
Provide basic health-related tasks such as medication reminders and bandage changes (as permitted)
Support patient comfort, safety, and daily living needs
Educate family members on proper care techniques when appropriate

Maintain patient confidentiality and a safe home environment
