The role involves implementing the nursing process by delivering effective, relationship-based nursing care to patients and families to help them attain optimal health status. This includes demonstrating technical skills for safe practice and clear communication for optimizing patient care and clinical operations.
Candidates must have a Diploma RN, Associate, or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program and must obtain current BLS Provider Certification during Nursing Orientation. An Ohio RN license is not required for consideration but must be obtained if an offer is extended.
