Vascular Specialist I

• A Brief Overview This position serves as an entry level, registry eligible technologist in the non-invasive vascular laboratory with the possibility of traveling to vascular lab satellite offices.
• The Vascular Specialist I will be trained and must be willing to learn all aspects of vascular lab testing, have basic knowledge of pathology/ultrasound and be able to meet all IAC standards for CMEs, and assist in department QA process.
• The Vascular Specialist I will be responsible for achieving their RVT/VT within one year of hire.
• Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
• Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
