The Upfront Review Clerk is responsible for the quality review of all customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness, meeting payer requirements for timely and maximum reimbursement. This includes evaluating documents for successful Accounts Receivable processing and maintaining Held Sales by assisting customer service representatives with corrections.
A high school diploma or GED is required for this position, with knowledge of the medical field being preferred. Candidates must possess computer literacy, keyboarding skills, proficiency with office equipment, and adequate oral and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
