The nurse will use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret, and monitor the patient's condition, acting as a patient advocate and notifying appropriate personnel of changes. Responsibilities also include communicating healthcare information with patients, collaborating with the team, performing IV therapy, and ensuring proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with laws.
Successful candidates must possess a current and unrestricted RN license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor of Science or an associate degree in nursing preferred. Candidates should ideally have three years of RN experience, including some home care experience, and must possess exceptional IV skills, current CPR, and pass background checks and drug tests.
