The LPN-Extended Hours position involves providing superior clinical care to patients and their families in homes or facilities, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. This role focuses on providing quality nursing care to patients who are actively declining during their end-of-life journey.
Candidates must possess an LPN license in the State of Ohio without any board actions and be CPR Certified, with one year of nursing experience preferred. Applicants must also have sufficient computer skills for documentation and the ability to drive in various conditions with valid insurance and a safe driving record.
We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Crisis Care LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.
