This role involves collaborating with clinic teams to provide hands-on patient care, educating patients on pharmacy services, and assisting with specialty and retail prescriptions. Responsibilities also include managing refill reminders, resolving insurance issues, and supporting financial assistance for patients.
Candidates must be a state-registered Pharmacy Technician, with a CPhT certification being preferred, and possess at least two years of experience as a pharmacy technician. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with strong communication, organization, and technical skills.
