The role involves implementing the nursing process to deliver effective, relationship-based care, utilizing technical skills to ensure safe practice and positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities also include demonstrating clear communication, effective collaboration, and developing self to contribute to the professional practice of nursing.
Candidates must have a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program and must obtain current BLS Provider Certification during Nursing Orientation. An Ohio RN license is not required to be considered initially, but employment may be contingent upon obtaining one.
