The role involves performing comprehensive initial and ongoing evaluations to determine patient needs and track recovery progress, while establishing personalized care plans that involve patients and families. The therapist will utilize advanced physical therapy techniques and oversee support personnel to ensure high standards of care.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and Physical Therapy credentialing from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy before the hire date, along with BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire. A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
