• Your
• Responsibilities: Implement physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence Provide rehab support post-surgery, injury, or illness Monitor and document resident progress and adjust care as needed Educate residents and families on rehab techniques and mobility strategies Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to regulatory standards Deliver care in a compassionate, respectful, and supportive manner
